Our complaints process

We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day. We aim to resolve most complaints within 5 business days. Complex complaints may take longer — we will keep you updated on progress. We will provide a written response to your complaint within 30 calendar days.

If you are not satisfied

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA):
